No Shaft in Porch Skylight w/Flat Ceiling

Here is a link to the plan. Roof pitch is 1/2:12 with a flat clg. I've checked and unchecked the General settings and I do have a fascia. What am I missing? :/

Not totally sure what the issue is...but, I deleted the deck roof. Redrew the roof and placed a new skylight and it worked fine.

Must have been the frieze, then. I have them removed from all other roof planes. I kept them when I redrew this one but reduced the size to .125". Thank you for your help!
