Teigha Error

Hello there, 

First time posting here. I am stuggling to open any DWG/DWF file i receive. Even trying to open DWGs i had been able to open in past. ??

I get this error message every time. 

Teigha Error: Teigha Library Error: 48 - Can't open file:

Any ideas why??

i run X14 on iMac 2017 - 4GB Radeon - 16GB memory

I do plan on upgrading computer soon which hopefully will address this but in meantime....is it possible for someone to import the file and save it as .pln file or better yet have idea how to deal with the core of the issue??

No idea why other than it said there was a problem importing one entity, was not imported. In a Cad Detail for you.

This is likely a problem with your system, install or setup since you are seeing it with all .dwg files and others are not.

I checked and the problem importing an entity is unrelated.
