Can anyone tell me why I can't get the cabinet callout font size to change?

I've tried changing every default I can find.  It's never been this large before.

 

Also don't know why the file is so large.  No PDFs that I'm aware of.

 

Aaand, the text in the framing plan views keeps defaulting to "Text" as opposed to "Text Framing" which is what it's set on.

All of your text sizes are 8". edit your text style 1/4" and make it 4.25" . Then use the layer cabinets, labels and set the text to 1/4" text style.

There is not enough information to answer the framing text question. However your default set "Framing Default Set, Floor" rich text layer is set to the "text" layer.

The normal text is set to use "layer" for default
