Unwanted Footings Under my Exterior Walls?

I've no idea where these "footings" are coming from. They show up even though I've got a foundation underneath - never seen this before. Any ideas?

Looks like your first floor exterior walls are set as a foundation wall set to build footings below in your structure panel of the wall dbx.
