grahambuilt
I am using Premier X14 and I need to show the bottom of the footing in my elevation drawings at 24" below grade for a monolithic foundation. I have not been able to find where I can adjust the depth of the footing so that it will display 24" below grade. Any help would be appreciated. grahambuilt
Well still not sure how to make that adjustment, This is for a front entry porch that has been added on from a customer request after all of the other basement and foundation work has been completed. Kbird1
There is no setting to auto adjust the footing Bottom Height to be 24" below the Terrain AFAIK.... Easiest way is to shot a CS Camera and do some measuring / math and in the Room's DBX > Structure Tab adjust the Stem Wall Height setting. Mick. Solution grahambuilt Posted August 9, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted August 9, 2022 OK I was able to make the adjustment without affecting the rest of the basement and foundations by making it a pour number 2 looks like this will work. Thanks for the help!
