Adjusting the height of the stem wall

Hi All,

how and where can I adjust the height of the stem wall. 
sorry, I'm in Australia and "Stem wall" is a different term to what we use here. 
I've tried looking in th foundation wall. and walls and defaults. but can't see anywhere that I can actually adjust the height of the wall. I can adjust the footing. but not the wall height.

After building the foundation:

Room Specification dbx>Relative Heights>Stem Wall.

 

or

Before building the foundation:

Build>Floor>Build Foundation>Stem Walls>Minimum Height.
