winterdd Posted April 10, 2022 Share Posted April 10, 2022 Guys, it's been a while since an all mono slab home. I forgot how to fix the footer parts once I make all porches drop down 3 1/2". How do we do this again? You screw with number in the setting for the stem wall and it changes the floor heigh back to 0. If you rebuild the foundation, the floor height goes back to 0 as well.
