NBAGoodTime
Hi the state of Tennessee has free Lidar data for the whole state and looks like you can select and export elevation data and contours and then inport them into Chief. I would like to also overlay the Plot maps for parcel boundary lines and make sure they line up properly but not sure where to get the plot map data. Has anyone done this before? Any suggestions on how to do it? Video link below shows info on the Tenneesee Lidar and exporting contours to CAD from QGIS. https://www.tn.gov/finance/sts-gis/gis/gis-resources-news-events/gis-instructional-videos/using-tn-lidar-derivatives-in-qgis.html
Chopsaw
If you don't get an answer here check with a local surveyor but generally as Google says: "As a homeowner, you can view the property survey records by visiting your official county recorder or assessor's office or website, which should have public maps for all of the real estate in the area." This may be a good place to start: https://tnmap.tn.gov/assessment/
