I have the basic layout but have trouble with the roof lines I want and I don't have the ability to create the final plans for permitting. DavidJPotter Posted October 27, 2021 Share Posted October 27, 2021 Also you should study the requirements for plans submission at your local Permit Authority website to make sure that what is submitted is closely following their minimum requirements for plans submissions which also includes commonly State Licensed Structural Engineer.
