We are building a PWF basement for an existing house that will be moved on.... so finished dimension needs to include the 5/8" sheathing. From what I can tell it doesn't. So my 40 x 26 foot plan will be 40' 1 1/4 x 26 1 1/4" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
