How to make newel posts land on top of bottom stair, rather than land past it?

I'm just wondering if there's some setting that I've missed to bring newel posts up a step when creating stair railings.

you can turn the Auto rails off , in the Stairs DBX, and draw your own Manual Railing on top of the Stairs if needed.
