Can not import dwg after installing update.

I installed an update a couple days ago. Now, when I select import dwg nothing happens. The tool bar containing File, Edit, Terrain, etc is grayed out and there is not a window to select a file to open. Everything on screen is froze, I have to hit escape in order to get out of it. Any suggestions?

The box is opening behind another window possibly on another screen.

Thank you for the advice. This time it is not working. I can import a pdf, picture, or even a symbol but not a dwg. Strange.

What you are describing shows that the box is open somewhere.  Possibly you were connected to another monitor last time you imported.  If that is the case go to Preferences>Reset Options>Reset Side Windows

I reset everything before it worked again. Thank you!! I don't know if I would have been able to find that on my own.
