Issue with patterns in elevation

Having a problem with patterns missing or chopped in layout
Does anyone have an idea why im seeing this?
first time this has happened, seems to happen only with plot lines in camera view options

Hi there,

 

Do you have a polyline solid in front of where you are taking the elevation camera?

Have you tried actually printing the layout to PDF - is it still there? Please send over your file.
