I'm working on drafting a  garage remodel.  The previous owners framed in where a garage door used to be and added windows.  I'm trying to render this in X11 premier but I'm not sure how to get rid of the stem wall where the door used to be.  Does anyone have any suggestions or video links that  I can watch?

Thank you,

Place a doorway. Draw a wall long enough to fill the doorway outside the building. Mark it No Room Definition.

Center the wall in the opening and drag the bottom down to fill the gap.

What was the suggestion?

If you don't mind me asking.  I always appreciate your insight.

Look above :)

Just curious, why wouldn't you just add breaks in the foundation wall and wall above and drag the two sections down?

I know it's never a good strategy to drag walls but this looks like the kind of situation to do that.

Or even better would be to create a pony wall on the foundation that has an 8" upper wall matching the main floor walls?

(I say 8" as an estimate of what I see in the photo)
