What's The Fastest Way To Simulate A Sip Roof?

Hi, 
Should I just set all the framing to 12" then raise the roof to my plate height, or is there a more formal work around?

One could debate the merits of them, I don't think they're worth the price for vertical surfaces in the N.W., but they have their  place in some vaulted roof applications. They can also be problematic if interior moisture builds up.  Anyway the client is interested in using them for a vaulted roof.  

 

SIPs are used quite often around here, much more so than barrel roofs which Chief is capable of handling just fine.
