Changing tile grout color

I have been Using X12 for better part of year now and love it.  I am using the material properties and definition dialog box to edit my tiles for bathrooms to get as close to the client selections as possible.  The only property I cannot find a way to change is the grout color and maybe the grout width.  I often use a 4x12 white subway in the shower with a contrasting grout line but I  am having a hard time figuring that part out.  I read about taking one individual tile and mapping it over a darker background but I have not tried that.  Is there a simple way to do this?
