Temporary Dimension Question

Is this normal behavior for a temp dimension?  My temp dimension is dimensioning to the center line of the invisible wall.  It only does this to invisible walls....all other temp dims go to the main layer. 

 

Am I missing something simple?  Is there a setting to control this behavior?
