ChiefLBC Posted January 12, 2018 Author Share Posted January 12, 2018 It is a row of deck planking around the outside edge of a deck (similar to trim around a window) The setting is found under the "room specification" dialogue box in the "deck" heading. You just can't really see it with the texture you're using. The texture has a plank pattern in it so the border doesn't show up very well...
