ChiefUserOliver
I am a Chief Architect X9 residential designer located in los angeles california. I have several residential design projects, room additions and new custom homes, currently in the works and preparing to start more. I am seeking assistance in completing the full working drawings including 3D renderings and 3D walkthroughs for my clients. You should have a fairly good working knowledge and experience with CA X9 where we can interchange files through chat, email and online conference connections. Each project will be on a project by project basis. I encourage all to reply as soon as possible so we can discuss fees. Thank you, Oliver Allen O.C. Renerabbitt
I would be interested in handling the rendering services only, I currently don't have the bandwidth to handle plan-sets as I cut down my hours for the snow season up here in Tahoe. I would be willing to take on plan-sets in the winter. Let me know if you'd have any interest as I produce high end rendering services(including furniture layout/finishes/etc. that are affordable. DCB123
I sent you a PM by email yesterday? I have 5 years experience using the Chief Architect softwares, and have been a Engineering Cad Technician for well over 10 years. I have a good support staff of Chief Designers and a Structural Engineer here locally, who can review my plans for an extra fee as well. Please reply to my PM on email ASAP. Thx, as I’ll wait to hear from you?
