WMathews Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 I am trying to model a deck which is 9'-0" above grade. I need a landing from the deck and a stair going down to grade. I am new to this software. I tried using the landing and stair tool. For some reason railing on the deck doesnt get terminated at the landing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Chopsaw Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Sounds like your deck and landing are at the same elevation ? If so just change the shape of the deck to form the landing and then the stair will cut an opening in the deck rail. If that is not it you can always post a screen shot or plan file.
