Anders42 Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 Beginner dimensioning question: I'm following along with a CA interior design tutorial. I drop all the interior + exterior dimensions on to the plan - but when I try to adjust the dimensions to the correct lengths, the wrong walls always move. - I realize that there is a tool that indicates which direction you can move the wall - but it still seems to move the wrong walls. In the attached screen shot - I'm copying the tutorial on the left - but when I try to change the 2 small rooms on the right - it will change the exterior wall length instead of the interior wall on one of the smaller rooms. Even though I am clicking on the 44" dimension - it will still move the full exterior wall (which keeps jumping off of 32' final - which is how it should stay). Beginner questions- but I can't seem to get past this dimensioning issue! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
