Immediate need for somebody to edit existing Chief Architectural File and make changes

I have an immediate need for somebody who is VERY experienced in Chief Architect. You can be located almost anywhere, although the project is in the Seattle area. I'm estimating in total this will be 10~20 hours of work, but with some optional things it could be a bit more.

 

I have a large Chief Architect design (essentially finished) and I need to split it into two separate projects. I also have a list of changes needing to be made. It's relatively complicated in that many of the walls are not at 90 degrees.

 

The situation is that the main plans have been submitted for permits, the County is requesting some changes.

 

It would be nice if you had remote access software such as an Apple Mac or one of the online screen sharing apps, but this is not a requirement.

 

Please indicate your hourly rate. I am in the $50 range. Payment via PayPal.

 

I am ready to start this immediately.
