I am about to hire another designer and I wanted to document our workflow from start to finish for our drawings.
Right now there are 2 of us who have been working together for 7+ years. We have great templates, layers and intuitive workflow.
My goal is to set up our new hire for success and on board quickly.
The permit offices, subs and our crews know our plans and where to find the info they need. So our plans have to be followed.
Does anyone have any examples what they use or how they did this? Tips and suggestions would be helpful.
The rest of our company SOPs are google docs and sheets. Not sure if that is the best way to go or not.
