My advice is to trust Chief's programing. It has sustained my business as is since 1994 just fine.

However you decide to do it, just DO IT.

Using the adjust material definition tool, it has a tricolored icon, You select that icon click on the screen material in a camera view and then you can adjust the translucence of the screen to make it more like screen so it's not just totally solid OK?

You can of course use no background or you can choose a different background that creates the effect that you want or you can adjust the intensity of the sunlight which reduces the amount of glare coming through in the windows.

Library browser is a tool that has settings in “edit-preferences-library browser” and outside of that it's just a matter of what you tell it to do, it does so I would just recommend that you get more familiar with the library browser and its settings and tinker around with it until you're a little bit more comfortable with it OK?

Will pix plant recreate the products texture so it looks more realistic on the house
No, you use "Pix Plant" as a manual tool creating what you need by tweaking and adjusting its appearance.

manually using custom molding profiles and symbols.

NOT programmed to do that, sorry. Must do manually.

More study and practise is the only useful advice to offer you.

Manually edit the main roof to then allow a wall to exist, then in the "attic" manually create your wall.
DJP
-
Walls - Normal - Attic Wall, the "attic wall" setting, found as part of the "General Tab", places the so marked wall on the "Attic Wall" layer operationally.

You need an image of several pieces of siding to use as a custom material, not just one piece to get the effect you want or make one.

Send me a copy of your .plan file and I will fox the roofs, I charge $75.00 per hour.

Try your Yellow Pages for where the home is to be constructed for a state licensed structural Engineer and share with them using AutoCAD exported views of the plan and elevation views.
