Turn off Environment Light and set the Sun Light to zero.

Bump. I added a few additional resources.

Newell, I was going to say just grab one from the Elkay website but it appears they have switched all their models to Revit only. OK, CA model monkies, (and relationship managers) it's time to update the Elkay catalog!

Post the plan.

It could be a poorly structured font file. A lot of the "free" fonts out in the wild have improperly structured glyphs and therefore, won't work everywhere.
-
If you're talking about the generic windows color selection tools, then no. If you're using the CA material editor, then yes--save the colors to your user library.

Save to tif or bmp as they are lossless. Convert to jpg/png elsewhere.
-
Here it is cleaned up a bit.

Actually, that model stinks. It lost something in the conversion from 3D DWG to SKP. Use this BlueStar instead (It's a better appliance, anyway)

From the GE website and imported into SU 2017. I did not change the colors, but I figured you wanted to do something with it.

I hope you rebooted before you started deleting stuff.

Pick the right tool for the job. Or, put more colorfully: Don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

Ceiling Finish is what I use. I've tried Ceiling Framing and things go all cattywampus.
-

The ceiling finish is a layered assembly. So, you can spec paint, drywall, framing, airgap, etc., etc.

So, here's a thought--what if CA creates internal bottlenecks, as the code is not engineered to perform the tasks you're asking of it? All I'm saying is that if the product is not designed to do the job you're asking it to do, then chances are you can throw the most massively overbuilt hardware in the world at it and it still won't do what you want--ever.
Right software for the task+hardware matched to software=happy end user.

Closest from 3D Warehouse...

If they're current on SSA, then just email links to the libs they need to download. That way you're not running afoul of your CA license agreement.

Just now, Korel_Design said:
I was hoping maybe I could "Break" the wall like a polyline (#3) and move it out and curve it.

That's your best bet.

Don't define the room as a "Balcony" roomtype. Keep it as any interior roomtype, and you will be good.
