It appears that the top louver is about 1" taller than the bottom three louvers. Something off in CA.
Reduce to Sash and Frame to your desired size the keep selecting a louver size until four louvers appear.
-
Reduce the sash and the frame values .

To create the slope on just two sides I used a "slab". In elevation copy the slab, rotate and subtract, repeat for the other side.
Another way is "Solids" I have attached the "Solids" plan.

I deleted the first plan, Here is another with three ways to create at sloped wall.

Alex,
I printed sheet 4 from your new PDF and the dimensions in both directions scale smaller then the stated dims.

The PDF is NOT to scale.
The 30'-0" dim. scales 29'-5".
Check your settings and reprint to PDF.

Save your camera view in your plan. Lock the camera in plan so you do not move it in any of your schemes.
Do not rotate or change the view.
Name this plan scheme 1.
Save as scheme2, make your changes, save.
Save as scheme3, make your changes, save
Etc.
Send plan and camera views to the same layout.
All of you cameras will be the same angle and distance.

Barry,
You have the methods backwards.
The Continuous sheathing needs to be completely sheathing and follow fig.R602.10.5 and table R602.10.5.2 , I think this method is more difficult to figure out but uses less wall.
WSP method you only need portions of walls sheathed the remaining can be other materials.
Either method can use one or two or more walls to achieve the total.
I do the structural engineering on about half of my projects.

You could have one 4.3' wall near the center or a 2.2' wall within the first 10' at each end.

I use a fence set to white 1" high
