Chief Architect Premier lets you create framing for the entire plan or a single wall, room, or individual roof planes and it is fully customizable, which can be ideal when designing remodels and additions, or lumber takeoffs." What features does chiedf have for showing the as-built, demo, and new areas of the plan. How do people use this?

It is pretty standard in the US to have a closet shelf 80-82" from the floor for boxes and a closet rod just below that 4-6". This seems like it should work like the wall tool and let you put in a straight one or a u-shaped one. One should also be able to put multiple shelves for a pantry or laundry room or linen closet. Where would I find this tool?

Using the shelf and rod in Chief. It does not wrap like walls. Each side is separate but do not 45? How to achieve a u shaped closet shelf and rod?

I am using a laptop. The active layer display with just 3 columns turned on is taking 1//3 of my window. I have tryed to resize it but it won't. What is the key to getting it smaller?

I am new to CA. Trying to figure out how to draw a roof with eves/facia or whatever that is under the roof. Is there a name for that and do you accomplish that with a big fascia or wall or what?
