So basically, I've been assigned to write in total area and living area in my layouts. In some situations, my living area is greater than total area which doesn't make sense. Desperately seeking answers!

I'm able to find dimensions and area for each room, is there a way that Chief calculates the area of an entire floor, 1st and 2nd floor.

I'm working with a guy who has Home Designer, he is having trouble finding the working view bar when he opens my plan file, is this not included? Or is there a toggle switch?

I am having an issue with story pole dimensions...
I have a small vault built in the garage; the top of plate is using this height. I need to set the dimension for the ceiling height as well as the highest ridge. Is this possible?

I need to create purlins in the garage ceiling(vaulted) and also put in rolled insulation. Only in garage, not living area.
