For anyone with this issue, double click on the room, and under total room click Include in Total Area Calculation.
-
For future reference if anyone has this is in question, double click on the room and a dialog box opens and check Include Living Area Calculation

Posted again. No resolve yet. I am trying to get the living area square footage for the first-floor garage. The second floor is showing what is needed.
-
I did what you said, however its only working on the second floor, how can I get it displayed for both floors?
-
Somehow my entire square footage for the building was shut off, checked layers and that was good. Any ideas?
-
Also can you show square footage, instead of summing the rooms sq ft in the room schedule

What's the best way to display a lift for senior citizens to go from 1st floor to 2nd floor.

Thank goodness for chief forum! last question for today, I have a separate mech building, much smaller, how can I add a hip roof without the entire structure being effected.
-
Initially this vault was created with railings, I unchecked rails and the walls shot up to the ceiling, I readjusted the height, but it left a hole in the ceiling...

I created a small CMU mech house 96" tall with 8-inch block - created with railings. However, it needs a 30-metal door, and this is what it shows - see attached picture. The door insertion creates a small space above. Thanks
