He's 15, and no components,  all from scratch.  To be fair though,  he did get the design from an actual Lego design (you know, those little instruction books they send with those little kits you buy).

as we do from Chief samples when we start designing :D Congrats to him

  2. Joey, i do not want to hijack your thread but I have run in the case of when I offer PEX on my jobs I hit a roadblock as the owners want copper by fear of leaks from this material.

My question is: how confident are you in using this product?

I'm not sure you are aware that you just gave yourself -3 points.

Oh no! What next? La guillotine?:D:D

But in my world, humor will prevail;)

Let's enjoy the end of the year and may 2017 be the best yet for all.

  4. Shouldn't "Community reputation" be by the members if there was to be one? (obviously they could care less)  If it is from CA, it's petty. They could spend that "big brother" time for something else, maybe work on countless members wishes to improve the software? As such I give CA -3 points ... and that's because I still have the Christmas spirit !

  5. Cyber Monday deal, I just ordered this one: Monoprice 28-inch UHD Premium Series Matte 4K 60Hz 5ms Monitor, DisplayPort HDMI/MHL DVI, VGA, Pixel Perfect Display at Monoprice.com. You can get it from Amazon also. I have a HP 30" and a Samsung 24" which seems small next to the HP. If I like the new one, then I'll replace the HP. Big monitors are great but I find that I need to seat a bit further to protect my eyes.

  6. "but would it be realistic to estimate 40k-60k, 60k-80k, 80k+ if someone is very proficient in the software and has good business acumen."

Yes. Every post said it, it is definitely up to you. You like the comfort of your job now, but if you jump in a design career it will be as comfortable as you make it to be.

    From Chief Help:

To print in grayscale, check Obey Color On/Off Setting in the Preferences dialog before printing, then uncheck Print in Color. See Appearance Panel.

    • To print in black and white, uncheck Obey Color On/Off Setting in the Preferences dialog before printing, then uncheck Print in Color. Lines and fill colors print as either black or white, depending on which is closer to the line or fill’s actual color.

Most black and white printers print a grey scale approximation of the colors if Print in Color is selected.

    Hope it helps
