  1. This sounds like it may be a video driver issue. I'd recommend going to your computer manufacturer's website to download and install the most recent video driver update they provide for your machine.
  2. Hi Annette, While you can only have Home Designer active on one computer at a time, you can install it on multiple computers, and then activate it on whichever computer you wish to use.
