If I have a plan with multiple buildings is there a way to print only one building? I know I can probably put on a layout but don't want to mess up the layouts by type foundation etc?

Do you use elevation lines or regions? Seems like Elevation Lines interpolate way faster than regions?

Interpolating can take about minute or two everytime I make a chance Curious if there are anyways to speed up things I should look for etc?

I can calc manually but there are small areas and curious if there is a way to sum up the total amount of grass and display as an automatic calculation?

Multiple structures in plan, is there a way to show elevation of only one structure? For example in attached blue is a separate structure I would not like to show.

How do I show a cable railing? Are there any mfr catalogs for various railing mfrs?

Is there a way if you select something in 3d it will select the same in the 2d view and vice versa?

Sorry new b q' how do you get the simplify polyline tool to show up? I have a driveway do I convert to poly line then convert back?

When I checked the box Terrain Retaining Wall on the foundation wall I get the error "The terrain interpolator is ignoring terrain breaks and retaining walls due to complexity of this calculation" If I uncheck terrain retaining wall I don't get the error but my 3d is pretty messed up as you can see I am getting weird spikes

I have an elevation region that is -9' and an elevation region that is -11' and a driveway between the two with the one side a retaining wall and the other side a foundation wall. For some reason chief is adding a -8 region in between and a lot of little swirls. Please see attached photo. I highlighted the elevation regions in Blue and I think I snapped everything in the region against the walls

I have some foundation walls that are not breaking my countour lines but others that are in the same plan is there a setting I should check or add?

Hi Eric the terrain should be set to 0', with the ground floor say 3" or so higher than grade. Am I checking this in the right spot?
