  1. We are looking for some great tips on creating material take offs for Interior Design.

We have calculated take offs on our own and there seem to be discrepencies.

Does anyone have a good video or tips they can share to create reliable take offs for purchasing countertops, tile, wood flooring, beams etc...?

    Thank you!

  2. I usually export my files in DWG to Architects no problem.

An Architect told me that when he tries to open it says that the file is an unsupported version of Auto Cad.  I did the export on his supporting year AutoCad as well.

    Is this new with X15?

How do I export DWG files?

    Thank you!

  3. My ceiling molding is not wrapping a soffit all the way.  I am creating a shower.  When I put a glass wall at the doorway, no molding appears. When I place a pony wall the same thing.

How can I get the molding to wrap the soffit all the way?

    Thank you!

  5. Does anyone have a favorite light data setting for their recessed lighting?  I am trying to create a better PBR rendering by changing the light data settings.

Attached is a PBR of what I am working on.  Just not happy with how it is lighting.

I attached an image of my rendering and light data settings.

    Any help is appreciated!
