  1. Working on it, this exact minute, lol
  2. Thank you, (long and narrow lot). The renderings above were to demonstrate to the client what I would have on the lot if I were in his shoes. The wine display idea was to be as it you were to remove a block from the open pantry, separating the great room from kitchen/dinning area but without the necessity to close the pantry. The client decided to add a second floor (similar to front garage/bonus look), "lazy river" water feature from the court to rear and a roof top. I will post the updates as soon as I'm done
  3. A while ago, I used to have input lag while using files from one server, after utilizing local files from an ssd drive, the input lab became insignificant, more of a difference than switching from a rtx 2070 to 2080...
  4. I use chief for plans and construction documents but lumion for the renderings (way more realistic than chief).
  5. Try turning layers off (I usually turn the pattern layers off when working on CAD details temporarily. The two Ti 2080s are more than sufficient for Chief, plus a Quadro8000 costs over 9k, the cost doesn't justify it's performance difference. (https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-2080-Ti-vs-Nvidia-Quadro-RTX-8000/4027vsm762332) .
  6. Very preliminary interior and exterior concept. Modeled in Chief X11 and rendered in Lumion 9.3.1
  7. It has being "Foreverrrrr" since I have posted last, I will try to be more present from now on. Model created in Chief X11 and rendered in Lumion 9.3.1.
  8. Lumion still destroying as far as renderings go...
