It might be a step foundation label that you can turn off. You could duplicate the layer set and then multiple select until you narrow down which layer it is on. It might also be the text in a 2D Cad of a symbol

I might have a solution to orient the 360 spherical. I imported it and then guessed the amount it needed to rotate. Then I opened the original JPEG with paint and cut the right side off and placed it to the left. Let me knowf if it works for you. To your success!
