    Hi, I'm looking for someone that has the full Chief Architect software to assist me with finalizing my designs for submission to a builder and the county for permits. I currently live in upstate NY and will be building this house in the upcountry of South Carolina. Ideally i'm looking for someone that can take my designs and fix the issues i'm having with it My design is a 2500 sq ft ranch open floor plan BUT i'm having some trouble with the roofs I'm using chief Architect Suite Home Designer 2018, I believe some of my problems are due to limitations with the software. Is there anyone out there that can assist me? Look forward to making a connection D

    Hello, I saw your add about hiring a couple of years ago...wish i saw it then. anyway I'm a home owner and i'm designing our next home. Which will be our forever home -retirement- in SC. We currently living in Gilboa (about 1 hr SW of Albany). I'm using chief Architect Home Designer but the program has limitations. the main issue I'm having is with the roofs. The problem is due to a 45 degree V shape and a couple of bump outs. I'm looking for someone that can assist me with the roof design. the limitations in the home designer make it impossible to move ridge lines, have different pitches, etc. But I'm confident that if uploaded into the professional version it can be done. Do you provide these services? Thanks Donna

    Hi,

    I'm looking for someone to assist me with finishing my design of a ranch house that i plan on building  in the upcountry of SC.  I have the floor plans done, i'm having most of my problems with the roofs because the house is not just a rectangle.  it's actually a 45 degree V and to make it more difficult I added  a couple of bump outs.

    Hi Mike where are you located? I am looking for someone to help me with my design. I'm using chief arch's home designer and it has limitations. my major issue is with roofs but i'm also looking for some advise. what is your rate ?
