I know it's an old topic, but what's WCCC? Are there firms out there that just check plans? It got me wondering, here we need an Architect to sign off on any commercial modification requiring a permit, for simple projects it'd be nice if a internet architect could sign off so I didn't bug the grumpy guy I work with on little projects!

I'd be rather tempted to go to the 27" screen...I'm a screen size junkie though...the less "scroll-in/scroll-out" I feel the need for the better! The USB-C hub can be a separate item if needed...that said, the display-port out is a nice option...

I'm new to CA, but learning quickly, so forgive me if I just can't figure out what to search for to find this answer! I'm building out a roofline, and on the right side, CA is forming a hip roof style over the right of the front bedroom...I'd like this to be a gable so that the roof over the master suite is a separate gable wall than the gable over the rest of the main structure. (see the second screenshot for an example of what I'm shooting for). I attempted to build an attic wall on the attic level, to no success. Any helpful suggestions on this? I seem to need to form a gable end wall in the middle of the house, but just cannot figure out how!
