I messed up somewhere....my electrical schedule shows two callouts for each item.  I think I might have two electrical schedules, but cannot find the second one.  The first one is in a cad detail, Schedule, Electrical.
I tried All Layers On, but cannot find the second one (if that is actually the issue).  Help please!

I have a plan (attached) which I opened this morning to draw a header detail.  

I cannot get the dimensions to work in the CAD detail.  The tape measure works, but no dimensions.
Plan is attached.

Cad Detail is "16'6" Header

How can I get the dimensions to work?  They worked fine until this morning.

I am using Chief X 12

I have a building that requires continuous (exterior) insulation.
The manufacturer states the wall assembly should be (from inside to outside) for either 2x4 or 2x6 wall studs:
    Gypsum wallboard
    Vapor Barrier
     Cavity Insulation
    Structural Sheathing
    Vapor Barrier (tyveck)
    Continuous Insulation (Comfortboard 80)
    1x4 Vertical Furring Strips

    2x3 Horizontal Furring Strips (Client Specified)
   Siding

I do not see any options for furring strips in the Define Wall Type box.
How do I show the vertical and horizontal furring strips in the wall type?

I found it.

The main portion of the house is fine.  The addition in the front shows up as regular 2x6 walls in floor plan view, but in the Structure tab  the room comes up as a deck with railings.  How do I get it to be the room?

For sure. I spent a few hours revising the revisions when a local building inspector rejected the plan because one of the revisions on the plan was out of chronological order.

I have one interior  wall in my plan that I want to be 34" tall.
To adjust it, I took a cross section view, clicked on the wall, dragged the edit handle down.
When I did a floor plan overview camera, all the wall in the house were now 34".  
I changed the wall type from Interior 4 to Interior 4A, Then tried it again, but the same result.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Still using Chief 10, but here is what I do.

First, build the main roof.

Next, draw two temporary walls where you want the new roof planes to start. ( Earlier in my life, I drew the temporary walls about 12" long.  Now, with I make them about three feet long so I can see them.  Remember the Chief Viewing Caveat: Monitor Size =10x eyeglass prescription)  These walls are perpendicular to the main roof, so the resulting roof will be a reverse gable.

Draw the reverse gable roof from those two temporary walls. Check that the top of fascia, etc. for the new reverse gable is the same as for the main roof.

Erase the temporary walls.  Now the reverse gable is just sitting there pretty much not attached to anything..

Click somewhere on the main roof then the ridge of the reverse gable roof  to show where the ridge of the reverse gable will intersect.  An "X" will appear like magic on the main roof, and this will be where the Reverse Gable roof meets the Main Roof.

Extend the Ridge of the Reverse Gable to the intersection point.

Pull back the edge of the roof at the bottom so it sits on the exterior wall.

Adjust the overhang so it aligns with the main roof overhang.

Put a hole in the roof where you want the reverse gable wall to extend up to the reverse gable.

You will have to play with the roof hole (use separate window to see both 3D and 2D simultaneously) to allow the wall to penetrate but not extend beyond the roof lines.

Having said that, I can't wait until later today when I am ordering X9 and it comes with the "Put a reverse gable here, with cupola, shake siding, metal roofing, different roof pitches, two skylights "Trump Is My President" banner and built in telescope (for star gazing) " button.  I sure hope the dialog box pops up with the option for telescope focal length.
