I have a house plan done. I am looking for someone to take it from the current HD 2018 file & send it back to me in PDF's that I can use for plans. I am not looking for design advice or wanting someone to recommend flooring plan changes. I do not have to jump through to many hoops here to go from plans to permit, so thanks.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll consider it. Tight lot, so the deck off the back will not work due to set backs. Where the deck is now is open & in about the only yard area, 60 x 107 ft. lot.

10-4, I will learn out to describe the problems in the future. The issue I was having was I had Full Gable wall clicked on one wall & it made one side of the roof look awful. I learned how to fix it in the second video on roofs via the chief tutor website. Thanks.

Hope Pro 2017 is the software I'm using. I have watched multiple videos, subscribed to the Chief Tutor page & I am still having issues figuring out why I cant seem to get a roof set on it properly. I'm sure its something simple & please by all means accept the fact that this is work in progress by a person with less than 14 hours of suing the software. TIA House Plan 1st try send off.plan
