I am remodeling a home in Monterey and have it designed in Chief X8 but need someone to take the concept and moving it to framing detail for building permits. The home is a Post and Beam Adobe with 8 x 8 post and 12x8 beam. It has Adobe that has failed between the Posts. We need framing detail to replace the Adobe with 2x8 studs. The home is built on slab so new PT plate under the posts and new studs.
