Create full house plan in Chief Architect Home Designer Pro 2023 (compatible and editable) from existing set of PDF plans. Approximate conditioned space is 3,500 - 4,000 sq ft. Must be willing to work under written contract specifying scope of work, deliverables, timeline, etc. Include site plan from official plat and surveyor documents. Existing 40x60 metal building (shell only) to be shown in plan. Ideally, looking for certified, advanced level CA user with examples of work and positive reviews.

I purchased Home Designer Pro 2016 and have created a file in HD from the physical plan images. I need quick help completing the set to finish construction/renovation budget in order to get house back to living condition. I would like to pay a professional designer to finish the plan in CA and send the 'editable in Home Designer' file to me. It's not a big project, should only take an hour or two based on the work I already have. Please reply asap if you are interested and able, and let me know what rate you charge.
