Text Line Issues In X7

I am having issues with both the leader line and the Text Line with Arrow function. In both cases the leader line is slow to react to the curser location and appears to arbitrarily snap to random locations. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

X7 Performance-Crashes?

X7 is much slower than X6 when opening 3d camera views, but no crashes yet.
