Casement and fixed bottom window

Hi all,

 

Can I have a fixed glass as bottom component and a casement window on top? I want to have this as a single unit like the double awning feature provides(using component option)

 

Or would I have to have two separate windows bottom as fixed glass and the top as  regular casement.

Ok this was pretty easy I created two windows and made a mulled unit out of them. See attached.
