With over 20 years of experience, I have designed homes all over the United States.  My design philosophy is to get to know my client's by listening to their needs very carefully.  I can then produce a design that fits both their functional needs, as well as their style.  I also work with other design professionals when they need assistance meeting a deadline or just have too much work and not enough time.  Please take the time to view my website at www.designersink.us to view samples of my recent work.  I can also send you examples of recently completed construction document plans sets upon request.  It is always my goal to EXCEED my client's expectations.  I look forward to an opportunity to exceed yours!

      Looking for someone to take my HDP idea and create plans.
      - Detached pole barn style garage, 30' x 40', unfinished inside, concrete pad, 2 garage bays.
      - Located in Ohio.
      - Can share details on local code needs, specifics on build.
      - Exterior: Siding, 3' of lick-and-stick stone on front. Shingle roof.
       
      ASAP need date. Use CAD / CAM for machining and printing, kudos to those of you who are good at home designing. IMO, it's harder to get things right on home designing than it is for 4-axis machine CAD.
