digitecht Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 Hi I have two license of CA, one i upgraded from X5 to X7 earlier this month, and another i am current with SSA but up for renewal end of this month. My questions is when i do the renewal to the SSA on the second license, how come i don't have the option of renewing at the 'additioanl' license rate, and instead, i am directed to the normal SSA rate?
