456789 Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 We are remodeling a 100 year old Minnesota beach home. From 3 room (880 sq ft) to 5 room (1400+ sq ft). This includes changing the attic into a loft. I can show you a plan of the original structure and the plan for a hoped for remodel. I haven't figure out how to put both on a single plan without it getting very confusing, as some existing walls need to be taken down and other walls added. So I'm not including plans here.
