X18 Auto adjust text direction.

Is anyone else running into this issue with X18 Auto adjust text direction not working properly?

When sending plan to layout, windows and door labels would always rotate appropriately.  For some reason they are not now for me.

Is this a user issue or a bug?

This is after rotating the plan when sending to layout.  For this example I rotated it 180 degrees on the layout to emphasize the issue, Typically I will only rotate 90 Degrees when trying to fit plan views on layout.
