Small Commercial project (seeking services)

I am looking for someone to finish drawing a commercial project that we started but do not have capacity to finish.   I run a non-profit where we are wanting to build a 1800sq ft community building.  I am a residential contractor by trade and design mostly my own projects.    I started working on drafting this project when I had extra time but do not have time to finish it.  I also have not done commercial work and not familiar enough with what is needed.
