In default settings my default floor level (one story home) is set to a 10' ceiling height throughout and floor height @ 0. I manually click my porch spaces & input the them to -4" floor level for the step downs in the foundation. Why does the porches sometimes keep resetting to 0 floor height or certain rooms inside set themselves to -4". I have fought this over the years but it has been quite a while since this has kept happening on one of my projects. It's like that game whack a mole in the room spaces haha...... Don't delete footers along the footprint of the home and forget to add them back.
