As-Builts

Need to hire someone to do an "as built" for my client so we can then make changes and see everything together (in lieu of individual renderings). We have all the dimensions, floorplans, and pictures. Other option is to pay a LiDar scan company like Twindo to recreate the house in Chief Architect, but I wanted to try this route first. Would prefer not to do a scan and build with the information we already have.

Hi,

We can help with this. If you already have the dimensions, floor plans, and photos, we can recreate the house as an accurate as-built model without needing a LiDAR scan.

Based on the measurements and existing layout information, we can build a coordinated as-built file with proper room dimensions, wall locations, openings, ceiling heights, and general architectural layout, so the full house can be reviewed together before making design changes.

We can work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or another suitable drafting/ modelling workflow depending on what format you need for the next stage. If the goal is to create a clean as-built model and drawing base for design changes, we can do that from the information you already have.

Please feel free to share the floor plans, measurements, and pictures, and we can review them and provide a clear estimate and turnaround time.

Hello,

I'd be happy to help with your project. Based on the dimensions, floor plans, and photos you already have, I can create an accurate as-built model in Chief Architect without the need for a LiDAR scan. The model will provide a complete, editable representation of the existing house, making it easy to review design changes and collaborate throughout the remodeling process.

I focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering organized Chief Architect files that are ready for renovation planning. If you're interested, I'd be glad to review the information you have and discuss the scope, timeline, and budget.

You can reach me at joshuanyambisa14@gmail.com to discuss the project further.

I look forward to hear from you
